How to Sign Up

Option #1: SIGN UP ONLINE!
Convenient and fast. Choose the services that you would like, place your order. MHTC will contact you once they have received the order. Its that easy!

Option #2: Your Nearest SignUp Location
The easiest ways to activate dialup Internet access with MHTC is to stop at one of the many signup locations in Southwestern Wisconsin. Your service will be activated immediately, and you will be given all the information and instructions you need to connect your computer to the Internet using MHTC's service. Here is a list of the signup locations:

Another alternative for activating your dialup Internet access is to fax an application form to MHTC.

Contact MHTC at 608-437-5551 to have the application form faxed to you.
Fill out the application form.
Fax the application form to (608) 4373030.
MHTC will contact you with a telephone call to notify you that your application has been processed. We'll also provide you with the instructions you need to connect your computer to the Internet using MHTC's service.
Finally, instructions and a copy of your filed application form will then be mailed or faxed to you for your records.

Option #4: Mail an Application
Yet another alternative for activating your dialup Internet access is to mail an application form to MHTC.
