The easiest ways to activate dialup Internet access with MHTC is to stop at one of the many signup locations in Southwestern Wisconsin. Your service will be activated immediately, and you will be given all the information and instructions you need to connect your computer to the Internet using MHTC's service. Another alternative for activating your dialup Internet access is to fax an application form to MHTC. - Print out the application form.
- Fill out the application form.
- Fax the application form to (608) 4373030.
- MHTC will contact you with a telephone call to notify you that your application has been processed. We'll also provide you with the instructions you need to connect your computer to the Internet using MHTC's service.
- Finally, instructions and a copy of your filed application form will then be mailed or faxed to you for your records.
Option #4: Mail an Application
Yet another alternative for activating your dialup Internet access is to mail an application form to MHTC. - Print out the application form.
