1. Anonymous Call Rejection
When Anonymous Call Rejection is on, callers that have blocked their number from Caller ID will hear a message that you are not accepting anonymous calls.

To activate: Listen for dial tone. Dial: *68
To cancel: Listen for dial tone. Dial: *88

2. Automatic Recall (*69)
Automatic Recall (*69) Automatically recall the last person that called you.

How to use Return Call:
Listen for dial tone. Dial:*69 To activate Dial: 1 The time and phone number of the last call you received will be announced. You may place other calls while Call Return is on.

If the line is busy: A message will tell you the line is busy and how to continue. Hang up. Your phone will continue to dial the busy number for 30 minutes. Your phone will ring with a special ringing pattern when the line is no longer busy. Lift the receiver and wait for the called party to answer.

To turn Repeat Calling OFF/CANCEL:
You will hear a confirmation message stating that Repeat Calling has been cancelled. Hang up.

3. Caller ID
Caller ID (with Number or Name & Number)
Caller ID displays the number or the name and number of the person calling on your Caller ID Unit or Caller ID enabled telephone.

Notes:
  • Per Call Blocking: To block your phone number from being viewed by Caller ID subscribers dial *67 before making a call.
  • Per Line Blocking: Every call made from your line will have the phone number blocked from the Caller ID units. This is available upon written request for victims of domestic abuse, law enforcement, fire departments and similar organizations.
  • If out of area or unknown number appears on the caller id display, the caller is in an area that does not support Caller ID.
  • If Private appears on the caller id display, the caller may have blocked the display of their number before placing the call.
4. Call Forwarding Busy
Call Forward Busy allows you to forward calls to another telephone number when your telephone line is in use. All incoming telephone calls are automatically forwarded to a phone number that you select when you request the service.

5. Call Forwarding Fixed Redirect your calls to a preselected phone number.
To activate: Listen for dial tone. Dial: 79#
To cancel: Listen for dial tone. Dial: 73#

6. Call Forwarding Remote Forward you phone calls to any other telephone number remotely.
To access Remote Call Forwarding:
Listen for dial tone. Dial: 9308800
Dial the telephone number for which call forwarding will be activated or deactivated followed by your PIN#. Then follow the steps below to activate or deactivate the call forwarding.

Activate Call Forwarding:
Listen for dial tone. Dial: 72#
Wait for dial tone, dial the number that will accept your calls. Listen for two short tones and then hang up.

Deactivate Call Forwarding:
Listen for dial tone. Dial: 73#. Hang up.

7. Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding Variable Forward you phone calls to any other telephone number.

To turn Variable Call Forwarding ON:

Listen for dial tone. Dial: 72#
Wait for dial tone. Dial the number that will accept your calls. Listen for two short tones, followed by normal ringing. When the other party answers the Call Forwarding is activated. If the line is busy or there is no answer, hang up and repeat the first two steps. Call Forwarding will be activated even if the other party does not answer the second time.

To turn Variable Call Forwarding OFF/CANCEL:
Listen for dial tone. Dial: 73#

Notes Call Forwarding:
  • When forwarding is on, your phone will ring briefly each time your number is dialed, this will remind you the service is activated.
  • You will be charged long distance rates for calls forwarded outside you local service area.
  • You can still make phone calls when call forwarding is activated.
8. Call Waiting / Call Waiting
Call Waiting / Call Waiting with Cancel Alerts you to incoming calls when you're on the line.

How to use Call Waiting:

You will hear a beep tone when you are receiving another incoming call. Press and release the receiver button or the flash button. The first call is put on hold and you are connected with the second caller.

To alternate between calls:
Press and release the receiver switch or flash button to transfer between callers. You may alternate between the two calls as often as you wish.

To terminate either call:
Hang up. Your telephone will ring again with the caller that was on hold.

To cancel Call Waiting during a call:
Listen for dial tone. Dial: 70#
Listen for three short tones, followed by normal dial tone. Call Waiting is disabled. Dial the telephone number you wish to call. When you are finished with your call, hang up. Your Call Waiting Service is no longer cancelled.

Notes Call Waiting & Call Waiting with Cancel:
When you alternate between two callers, anyone else trying to call you will receive a busy signal.

9. Distinctive Ring
Distinctive Ring gives you two telephone numbers on a single line, each with a special ringing pattern. Because of the special ringing pattern, you will always know what telephone number is receiving the incoming call. You can also use this feature with certain communication devices to correctly route incoming calls. (Example, incoming fax & telephone calls.)

10. Repeat Dialing Monitor
Monitor a busy telephone number until if is free.

To turn Repeat Calling ON:

After calling a number and receiving a busy signal, hang up.
Listen for dial tone. Dial: *66

You will hear a confirmation message stating that you have activated Repeat Calling. Hang up.
Your phone will continue to dial the busy number for 30 minutes. You may place other calls while Repeat Calling is activated.
Your phone will ring with a special ringing pattern when the line is no longer busy. Lift the receiver and wait for the called party to answer.

To turn Repeat Calling OFF/CANCEL:

Listen for dial tone. Dial: *88
You will hear a confirmation message stating that Repeat Calling has been cancelled. Hang up.

11. Selective Call Acceptance
Create a list of important phone numbers, When Selective Call Acceptance is on, you will only receive calls from the people on your list. All others will hear an announcement that you are not accepting calls at this time.

How to use Selective Call Acceptance:

Listen for dial tone. Dial: *64
Use the menu (below) to change the settings of this feature.

Menu
Turn service ON or OFF. Press 3
Add a number to your list. Press #
Dial the number to add press #. Dial 01 Add the last call.
 Remove an entry from your list. Press *
Dial the number to be removed and press *
Dial 08 Remove ALL, Dial 09 Remove All PRIVATE ENTRIES.
    Listen to the entries in your list. Press 1
Dial 07 after the number to remove to the entry.
    Hear the instructions. Press 0
    Save list or exit. Hang Up

12. Selective Call Forwarding

13. Selective Call Rejection
Create a list of phone numbers, When Selective Call Rejection is on, callers on your list will receive a message that you are not accepting calls at this time. All other calls will ring normally.

How to use Selective Call Rejection:
Listen for dial tone. Dial: *60
Use the menu (below) to change the settings of this feature.

Menu
Turn service ON or OFF. Press 3
Add a number to your list. Press #

Dial the number to add press #. Dial 01 Add the last call.
   Remove an entry from your list. Press *
Dial the number to be removed and press *
Dial 08 Remove ALL, Dial 09 Remove All PRIVATE ENTRIES.
   Listen to the entries in your list. Press 1
Dial 07 after the number to remove to the entry.

14. ThreeWay Calling
Turn a phone call into a threeway conversation.
How to use ThreeWay Calling:
Press and release the receiver button or the flash button to put the call on hold. You will then hear three beeps followed by the dial tone. Dial the third persons number. You can talk to the second party before including the original caller. To begin the threeway call, press and release the receiver button or flash button. All three parties will be on the line.

Notes ThreeWay Calling:
  • If the original party hangs up, you can add another third party by repeating the steps above.
  • To disconnect the third party, press the receiver button twice. You can then add a different party by repeating the above steps.
  • All parties are disconnected when you hang up.

15. ThreeWay Calling
ThreeWay Calling with Transfer ThreeWay calling with the ability to transfer a call to another number.

How to use ThreeWay Call with Transfer:

Press and release the receiver button or the flash button to put the call on hold. You will then hear three beeps followed by the dial tone. Dial the third persons number. To transfer the call, hang up.

Notes ThreeWay Calling with Transfer:
Works like ThreeWay Calling, with one exception. The two other parties are not disconnected when you hang up.

16. Toll Control
Toll Control allows you to block the ability to dial long distance and ECC calls from your telephone line unless the proper code has been entered.

How to use Toll Control:
Listen for dial tone.
Dial: *7# + Secret Code + # + Phone Number

17. Priority Ringing
Create a list of important phone numbers. Priority Ringing uses a special ringing pattern to signal you when someone from your list calls you. All other calls will ring normally.

How to use Priority Ringing:
Listen for dial tone. Dial: *61
Use the menu (below) to change the settings of this feature.

Menu
Turn service ON or OFF. Press 3
Add a number to your list. Press #

Dial the number to add press #. Dial 01 Add the last call.
   Remove an entry from your list. Press *
Dial the number to be removed and press *
Dial 08 Remove ALL, Dial 09 Remove All PRIVATE ENTRIES.
   Listen to the entries in your list. Press 1
Dial 07 after the number to remove to the entry.
Hear the instructions. Press 0
Save list or exit. Hang Up
