The Process

Step One:  Determine an appropriate new vehicle to purchase.

Step Two:  Locate two used cars  at a car dealership which is located within a 100 mile radius of where you live.  These two cars should be of the same make and model (if possible) as the car chosen in Step One.

Step Three:  Build  the Decision Matrix.

Step Four:  When your Matrix is filled in,  analyze the Matrix to come to a conclusion about which car you would buy, and tell why.
