Online Sadness Diary

I'm visiting my daughter and her husband up in St. Croix Falls WI and thought, well....why NOT update my online sadness diary. So....here it is.

A weekend of X-box gaming, punctuated by spirited battles over the use of the computer so all three of us can play Neopets. But enough of the ordinary madness and on to the so-called art. Welcome to Sunny Blackmore Dungeon and all that dross. In other words:

ENTER THE ABYSS

*sigh* I never would have guessed, Boris. Pull me up a chair. But hey....no worries about the meta-tags, Boris. Just LOAD that sucker up with LOTS of animated .gifs!! And don't forget to add a WEATHER PIXIE!! It's not a BLOG, after all, without a WEATHER PIXIE!!

I suppose I should not be so mean-spirited. But that's just ME. And since this is all about ME, well....onwards.

For example, if I was truly in the mood for some good ol' bare-knuckles mind-numbing VIGILANCE, I would turn my attention to Stop the Bleating! and blogs of this ilk, and give THOSE two yay-hoos a well deserved beat-down, rather than rampaging through the hopes and dreams of teenage girls and boys and stomping them into the dust. But that's not ME. Not today. Not right now.

I'll be nice for moment, however, since sometimes I actually find things that are, or seem nice, or worthy of being nice about because they are well designed and perhaps even, well-intentioned. All the things that this blog of mine is not. Here is one that's seems worth a look: how the house flooded.

But it never fails.....my nice mood is brought crashing down by a poem about Coffee. Find it, if you dare, at: DownSydUp. Now I will give the person props for talking and commenting about other Blogs, and evidently she checks out the Fresh Blogs, just as I do. But that poem.............brrrrrrrrrrrr the horror!!

Then again, there is this nonsense: Brian Damage, as opposed to THIS nonsense.

Okay....I'll shut up now.

Mood: Mean-spirited + Sullen
