Concepts Of Zero
Last night, as I mentioned, I had this CONCEPT going on about music. I was actually on some stupid commercial music site, but there were these crazy cuckoo cosmic connections betwen different musicians and I floated through them in aura bliss. Townes Van Zandt became the Flying Burrito Borthers became David Allen Coe became Steve Earle became Dave Edmunds and on and on and on through Argent, 10 Years After, Free, Humble Pie and on and on and somehow I was on to Ornette Coleman and Rahsaan Roland Kirk, and eventually I was back to Steve Earle and Towns Van Zandt. It was a crazy cuckoo magical scheme/schemata worthy of a look by Jacques Derrida himself! PJ Harvey; Tori Amos; Joni freakin' Mitchell!! And Emmy Lou Harris singing "Hickory Wind" It was a thing of beauty. A world of imaginary music. But enough about me. While y'all are checking out Latex Felice, I'll see how things are going in Hell. Yup. It's STILL under new management!! It's unbelievably comforting that some things never seem to change. VERY nice. And remember that Blooger?? Well....it's up to 57 comments. 56 of them by GIane to her own Bloog. And 1 of them is by me. Mine is still the one in French. And now, make that 58 comments. And mine are the only two en Francais! *bink* =P Meanwhile I try to check out new bloigs for me to kill while listening to XTC, and suddenly it all focks up soundwise when I check out this recently updated blog. Well...there's some soundrtack that sounds like some Anime theme song, but it's really probably some midi version of Brit band which would be nice, but I was already listening to Brit band of MY choice. So here's the Blog that is messing with my XTC: Missing The Past. It has a very annoying blinking title. WOW!! What a hell of cool HTML trick!!! 5 bob for the Railroad!! I dont even know what the hell the bloog is all about. But judging from the music, the blog is not what it SHOULD be about. The music reminds me of The Housemartins as a J-Pop band, which, to me, is a funny sort of concept. London 4 Hull 0 indeed!!! Hopefully In Rock We Trust wont interfere with my NEXT choice of music....Appleton, Wisconsin's very own Timm Buechler. And....it doesn't!! Good. This blog is more about photographing rock bands...local ones in the Oakland area it seems. Remind me to drink LOTS of beer next time I'm in Oakland when/if I see these guys. *bink* =P On second thought, save that beer for NOW, as I contemplate My Xanga Replacement. Make that LOTS of beer,. MOre and more beer. Beer is a continous blood. Any bloog that calls itself Gumbo, A novel in progress by Tenzin McGrupp is begging for something if nothing but trouble. All hail the internet....the ultimate vanity press. This bloog has links to his first THREE novels!! Someday, I'm quite sure, some lone pilgrim of 3003 will be working on her Ph.D in Ancient Amercian Liturature and.....her semiotic analysis of Gumbo; The Blind Kangaroo; Sweet Nothing; and Jack Tripper Stole My Dog will get her that degree from the University of Southern Ganymede. Her 478 page dissertation will be on onionskin paper infused with a colourized watermark featuring Ivan the Russina Cab Driver. Then again, maybe I'm just an ignorant minnow. My rage and frustration, last night. Of my own doing I suppose..... Forgot the proper login for this, and I has SUCH a great concept going too!! *grump* So....after waiting for hours to get the password lookup....I fell asleep at the computer looking at Rubber Fetish Art Page. This morning, I tried the forgot username shot, and....now,here I am. But the concept of last night is like a half-recalled dream. I will elaborate in my usuall dull and tedious way later. After the Packers game and the NASCAR race. Onward. Kurt Busch is the ONLY Bus(c)h that will win anything this year. Ja, ne? Itte kimasu....
