The Literary Life The Sporting Life The Hillbilly Life		Let me say right out of the gate that I am merely an ignorant lout when it comes to Koreanime. My wife has FAR greater, and far BETTER knowledge than I do about all this. But....I know what I like. And what I like is a lots of these characters. So here is my meager contribution to the fastest growing trend in Anime.      I was also compelled to design this page out of a sense of Protest & Outrage over the way my wife has been treated recently by certain individuals who have sent my wife very hateful and nasty e.mail about her Koreanime website. A website that is far more vaste and knowledgeable and complete and compelling and cute than mine can ever hope to be. My wife put a lot of love and effort into her site. But some very spiteful, small-minded individuals have caused her to shut her site down temporarily. I'm ofcourse, VERY VERY ANGRY about this. It's a shame, especially now, in light of what happened on 9/11/01 that people can and will continue to be small-minded. Please write to me about this issue, and also your thoughts on Koreanime      When I was a high-school lad, I was quite taken with not only the poetry of T.S. Eliot, but also the plays of Shakespeare. Now this has very little to do with Koreanime, and the cute characters from Orange Story and Mr.K. But I'm quite sure I can find a connection. And when I do, y'all will be the first to know..      Ah hah!! I've got it!! I quote from The Tragedy of King Richard the Second: "The daintiest last, to make the end most sweet."       I sort of like that. It IS very apropos.      Meanwhilst, this page will stand in my wife's place, for a time, until she gets her extensive site back up and redesigned, while also serving as my little beacon of truth against the world. I very much like these cute Koranime characters like Valentine and White and Coddakji and Ruby and the rest. I have my own little collection of the Korean stationary and other goodies upon which their images appear, along with quaint and charming attempts at English. Initially, a lot of the scans will be from from wife's collection, but I will have some of me own scans up as well. Meanwhile, note the red, white and blue colour scheme, in honour of those whose lives were lost on 9/11/01, and in honour who those whose bravery and courage began at that terrible moment in time.
