Fighting Evil By Moonlight To be brutally honest, as for me, you can forget about Speed Racer, and Astro Boy and Robotech and all that dross..... For ME it always was and always will be Sailor Moon. Very odd I suppose, but it's truth!! Nothing comes close. Nothing!! I was all over Sailor Moon from the moment it appeared in NAKAYOSHI. The day it first appeared on American TV in September of 1995, for me, marks the birth of Anime in America. Sailor Moon opened the door for Anime and Manga unlike any show before it or since. Truth!! No show has ever had this deep and enduring impact upon a entire generation. Love and friendship and reality was never and would never be the same again. Truth!! As my big NASCAR buddy Jeff Graf would say it ((albeit about stuff other than Sailor Moon)). Maybe because it's such a deeply personal thing with me.....a divorce and a second wife and all that dross left in the wake ((but the hell with all that...that's a Tori Amos song waiting to be written....)) But...it was inevitable I suppose. It was a great awakening of not just my soul....but the souls of many others. After Sailor Moon, the world woke up and the world was never the same again. My world anyway, and the world of many others....the world of an entire generation of youth. It was truly a wild and magical thing......Fighting evil by Moonlight.... Winning love by Daylight.... I wouldn't trade a moment of those days for anything in the world. I dont even want to think about the horrible place I'd be trapped in now if it weren't for Sailor Moon. Yeh yeh I know I've said on one of my other webpages that Urusei Yatsura was my big manga/anime inspiration.... and it's TRUTH!! Urusei Yatsura is a solid rock, a true vine....but it was Sailor Moon that quite literally changed and transformed my life, my heart and soul, forever. Winning Love By Daylight I suppose it seems like I'm babbling incoherently out my ass about all this. And there's probably an element of truth to that perception. After all, I'm merely dancing on the fire of those days and trying not burn the hairs on my bunghole in the process while at the same time conveying the delirious eloquence of my existence in those Golden Days of Sailor Moon. An exceptionable task under the best of circumstances. But that was the truth of being of those days. I was fighting evil by daylight and as for winning love by moonlight.... I have found the most wonderful love of all now. A love that would never have been found if not for Sailor Moon. I know this in a way that would take a million webpages to tell. Without Sailor Moon, my heart would never have opened. Without Sailor Moon, other shoujo anime and manga would naught have touched my heart. Suffice it to say that Sailor Moon opened the door to that love. Fushigi Yuugi might have been the specific trigger, but without Sailor Moon that gun would never have been loaded. There would be no Sailor Cahokia and Sailor Aztalan.....no wonderful love, no wonderful and magical tumultuous world if not for Sailor Moon   |

Haruka's Garage Furious heart-pounding action in this racing-themed sportsbar featuring Sailor Uranus and other racer chicks on at LEAST 5000 wide-screen TVs!! Queen Beryl's Darkness eminates from this disco like a hellish whisper. The dissonant musics that exude beat and pound so loudly as to become a subconcious haze that envelopes your skull like a living vapour and crushes your heart from within. Sound like fun??
